Thank you for taking the time to check out my webpage and store!
Policies are very important for online sales of ceramic wares. Payment, shipping, returns/exchanges, inventory and commissioned work will be covered below.
I am new to online sales so thank you for your patience but please read the fine print so we are all on the same page of what to expect. Thank you!
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made directly on the online store platform at the time of checkout.
For commissioned work price will be negotiated prior to the start of the commission. Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Check, or Cash at the time of pick up/drop off, or before I ship your order.
SHIPPING
I will do my best to fill your order within 2 business days. I want you to get your pieces as quickly as possible, but I also need to do an extremely good job packaging them safely. They are fragile after all!!!
Please be patient as I get your order secure and out for delivery. Due to an influx in deliveries during COVID please be patient if there is a delay in your order as I am not able to control what happens after it is shipped.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I want my customers to be happy and enjoy their pottery. Please see below for the following policies if you are not satisfied with your order.
Cancellation - Cancellation of an order must take place within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Please email me directly so that I don't ship your order and save us all some time and effort.
Returns - As rare as this might be, I will accept returns.
*The customer must contact me within 7 days after they have received the item.
*The product must then be shipped back to me within 21 days of receipt.
*Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping and the item must arrive undamaged! PLEASE TAKE CARE and wrap the item back in the original packaging so that it is secure before shipping back.
Exchanges - I am happy to exchange a piece with the same value if it is in stock. If not, I can give you an estimate of when I may have more stock of an item.
*The customer must contact me within 7 days after they have received the item.
*The customer will have to pay for shipping cost for return and shipping cost for new item.
INVENTORY
If you did not read on the website, I work out of community studio. I do not control the firing schedule. We fire when the kilns are full to optimize the cost per firing. If something is out of stock that you are really interested in, contact me directly and I can see if will be able to recreate a piece for you. This will not be consider a commission and thus the price will be the same as the product that is on the website.
COMMISSIONS
To clarify that if you go this route, there won't be any returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
Price will be negotiated prior to start of the work and a 25% deposit must be sent before I can start the commission.
I will get you estimates on shipping costs when the work is complete and the final size and weight of the pieces are calculated.
